A private place to slow downCasa Aurora sits on the edge of the south end, where the town gives way to orchard and jungle. Book the main house, the casita or the studio on its own, or more than one for a group. The whole house is decorated with local pieces and original art by the owner, Gord.
“Just far enough from the downtown that it was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to be accessible and walk to anywhere your heart desires.”

“This was our third visit and it was another fabulous stay... a very private pool with spectacular views of the jungle.”“Great little apartment away from the noisy town center but still just a 5 minute walk to the beach and town... the Internet was fast and worked the whole time I was there (3 weeks).”On the edge of Sayulita's south end, where the town meets the orchard and jungle.
Good to know: the walk home ends uphill, though it's nothing like the steep hills in the north end.

What we tell our own guests: the beaches, getting around, where to eat and when to come.

The south end of Sayulita sits between town and Playa de los Muertos, close to Carricitos and quiet at night. Here's how it compares with staying in the centre.

A local guide to Sayulita's beaches: the lively main beach, Playa de los Muertos for calmer swimming, Carricitos for sunset and Malpaso for a jungle walk. Plus water quality.

The Sayulita restaurants our family and local team keep going back to, from a breakfast spot on the plaza to tacos by the river and a special night out.
