• Casa Aurora: One car spot for the main house only.
• Kasa Karma: Private parking for the main home, golf cart spot for the Casita.

Yes. White taxis are located in Sayulita's town square. Tony, our local property manager, can also recommend trusted drivers. For airport transfers, we suggest SayMex.

Pool access depends on your rental:

• Vida Feliz Casitas: Shared main pool + private dunk pool for Casita 4.
• Casa Aurora: Private pool for the main house only.
• Kasa Karma: Private heated pool; Casita has private dipping pool.

We provide purified drinking water at each property. While tap water is safe for bathing and cooking, we recommend using the bottled water for drinking.

Rarely. We use rooftop tinacos that store water, but town shortages can cause brief interruptions. We respond quickly if this occurs. We also provide shower flow valves to help conserve water.

Daily housekeeping is not included. We provide a mid-stay cleaning for weekly stays and offer additional cleaning upon request for a small fee.
